Photography – how to book, by when, and is there a minimum number of kids required?
Use the online form to request photography. We undertake photography when it’s suitable for you – ie on game days (either before or after games), or at training (note that lighting should be considered as photography during the day usually yields the best results). For further information see the photography facts sheet (downloadable .pdf file) below. Bookings must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance and if your request is successful, Club Deck will confirm your date(s) and time(s) prior to the shoot. Note that each photography session requires a minimum of 60 subjects to be present.

How does the 10% fundraising component work?
10% percent of club/school sales (ex.gst, postage & handling) of Club Deck products is returned as a sponsorship rebate. Club Deck tallies total sales after 12 weeks from your final photo shoot and sends your sponsorship rebate cheque – it’s that easy!

How long is delivery?
Orders are shipped direct to the person ordering's nominated address so you receive them within 21 days. Club deck products are delivered via Australia Post’s standard mail service and are therefore subject to standard Australia Post delivery times and schedules.

What about Postage and Handling?
Postage of Club Deck products is charged in accordance with Australia Post's charges based on either the product weight or dimensions. All products are shipped via Australia Post's standard parcel mail service. Club Deck charges $2.00 for postage & handling per item ordered.

How does Club Deck's Money Back Guarantee work?
Simply return the product that you are not completely happy with to Club Deck for a full refund. Club Deck will immediately refund the full purchase price of any product that is returned in full. The partial return of a product, such as a few of the cards which were purchased, will not be awarded a partial refund.
