Season Getting Started


Once you've decided that you would like to go ahead with Club Deck for your season within your club, centre, school, or team, please fill in the online form below and follow the step by step instructions.

The information you will be asked for includes:

  • Your club/school name, web site and mailing address
  • Contact details of the person who will liaise with Club Deck staff (email and mobile phone mandatory)
  • Estimated quantities of each product your club/school will be ordering in total (don't require a breakdown by team/group)
  • One estimated required delivery date
  • If any of the products you wish to order require photography, whether you wish Club Deck to take the photos (free of charge) or whether you will be supplying your own photos (from your own photographer or parent)
  • New clients also may upload an electronic file of your logo and something showing your colours

Please ensure you meet the minimum order amounts before filling in your Season Getting Started Form:

  • If ANY of the products you are ordering include photographs, a minimum order value of $600 is needed (ex postage & handling)
  • If ALL of the products you are ordering DON'T include photographs (ie custom graphics only), a minimum order value of only $300 is needed (ex postage & handling)

    TIP: There are great club/centre/school offers available for doing your photography in the first half of the season and for placing orders & paying quickly after your photos are available.
